SPLA is abbreviated from Service Provider License Agreement. It is the software monthly authorization service of Microsoft for service providers. The Microsoft software monthly authorization service is a new software usage authorization option with which Microsoft Corporation provides for the service providers. The service provider customers do not need to purchase software copyright but adopt the order methods to use the newest software. Not only the cost that enterprises pay on software purchase and update is considerably lowered, but also a more flexible and wide application software authorization solution is provided for enterprises.
